A 1982 Glenfarclas Family Cask released in Winter 2017 - we're not sure if this is a 34-year-old or 35-year-old, but it scarcely matters.
This Family Cask Glenfarclas 1982 came from Cask 4565, a Refill Hogshead that turned out a total of 225 bottles at its natural cask strength of 52.4%. Refill hogsheads allow the distillery's spirit plenty of space to shine and are always fascinating, especially over thirty years of age, when lots of tertiary flavours will have developed - this 1982 Glenfarclas Family Cask should be wonderful whisky.
