Our first ever Bimber whisky! We're delighted to have got our hands on a small allocation of this revolutionary English single malt whisky.

Bimber Ex-Bourbon Batch No.3 London Malt Whisky is an English single malt made using very old Scottish whisky making traditions, such as very long fermentations in wooden washbacks, slow distillation and no fancy finishes.

More importantly, it tastes fantastic, with every step of the production process designed to capture as fruity a spirit as possible. This particular Bimber, as the name suggests, has been bottled only from ex-bourbon casks, and is a batch of 5000 bottles at 51.6%.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Green apple peels and dried stone fruits are joined by milk-soaked breakfast cereals, whilst vanilla sponge cake and desiccated coconut sit with buttered toast.

Palate: An impactful combination of bright orchard fruits, baked apricots, and sprightly pepper spicing sit with gently charred oak and creamy vanilla.
