Blended Scotch Whisky
Bottled By: Duncan Taylor 70cl / 50%
Black Bull is an historic blended Scotch whisky which first appeared in the 1860s and is today part of the portfolio of Duncan Taylor, who purchased the brand in the 1990s.
A large part of the credit for Black Bull's popularity and longevity can be attributed to its recipe's high malt content, the majority of which is well-aged Speyside and Highland malts. This 12-year-old Black Bull matured in a mix of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, has a 50% malt content and is bottled without chill filtration at a hearty 50% strength to allow its rich, generous flavours to shine.
