A remnant from a previous batch of North Star Spirits releases that boss Iain Croucher found down the back of the sofa and very kindly allowed us to snaffle.
This looks like a good'un - A single cask of sherried Craigellachie 2006, bottled earlier in 2021 as a 14-year-old from an Oloroso Hogshead that originally yielded 195 bottles at 58%. There won't be too many of these left in the wild, so grab it while you can.

Palate: Fudge, vanilla tablet rolled in coconut.
Finish: Fruitcake with butterscotch marmalade.
