Skara Brae is a 16-year-old secret Orkney island single malt whisky bottled by Cooper's Choice for their Single Cask series.
This Skara Brae is of the 2005 vintage, a single ex-bourbon cask bottled in 2021 as a 16-year-old, with 360 bottles yielded from Cask 22 at a handsome cask strength of 57%. It doesn't really matter which of the two Orkney distilleries this is from- but of course it's almost certainly Pieland Hark, and it's going to be delicious.
