Over the last few years a great number of Caol Ilas distilled between 2008-2013 have been independently bottled and the quality has been absolutely amazing, particularly from ex-bourbon and refill casks. This 13-year-old Caol Ila 2008 from Cooper's Choice has been bottled at 51.5%, yielding 372 bottles and should be another beauty.
