A long-discontinued limited edition of Remy Martin Centaure Cristal Fine Champagne Cognac in the famous scalloped bottle that today houses Remy’s XO cognac. Fine Champagne cognacs contain only eaux-de-vie from Grande and Fine Champagne, the two most prestigious Cognac sub-appellations.
Remy Martin Centaure Cristal was bottled only from 1981-1991, with this particular bottle hailing from 1990. These were the original Baccarat bottles made with proper crystal, and the Centaure editions were a prestige version far superior to what is now Remy Martin XO.
