This 11-year-old Caol Ila 2014 was bottled by Adelphi without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 326026, a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead cask that yielded 270 bottles at a mighty natural cask strength of 57.2%. It's now pretty well established that Caol Ila is one of the safest bets for a high quality peat'n'sherry combo, so fans of that particular genre should be all over this.
