Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled by: Brave New Spirits 70cl / 50.1%
A single cask Dailuaine 2011 11-year-old bottled in 2022 at full cask strength without colouring or chill filtration by Brave New Spirits for their Yellow Edition series.
This Yellow Edition 11-year-old Dailuaine 2011 came from Cask 307387, a single first fill bourbon hogshead cask that yielded 297 bottles at its natural cask strength of 50.1%. Dailuaine's hefty Speyside malt whisky is more commonly found from sherry casks, so these bourbon hogsheads are always worth grabbing when you see them, especially at full strength.

The only way to drink an affordable and decent strength Macallan. A strong Sherry influence with a ‘vintage’ feel, akin to a Springbank 21 I drank 25 years ago when you could pick one up without bankrupting yourself
