An early Christmas treat from those Glaswegian good eggs up at Douglas Laing, this is the Cask Strength Winter edition of their very popular Scallywag blended malt.
Assembled from a recipe of mystery Speyside distilleries, all the constituent malts in this Christmassy Scallywag were 100% sherry matured and just for good measure this blended malt has been bottled at its natural strength of 53.1%.
There's even a little knitted doodah on the cork that could probably be repurposed to warm your thumb or other short appendage if you have one.
