A single cask Bladnoch 1980 16-year-old Lowland single malt whisky released in 1996 or 1997 by mail order independent whisky bottlers Direct Wines for their First Cask series.
This 16-year-old Bladnoch 1980 came from single cask 89/591/13, bottled without colouring or chill filtration at 46%. Bladnoch was still in mothballs when this was bottled, and was unusual to find on whisky shelves of the day.

I bought this as a present then did the tour with my brother at Lindores Abbey distillery in Newburgh Fife.The bottle i bought from Whisky-online was cheaper than at Lindores ,very happy again and a very quick delivery.
