Hibiki 21-year-old was last bottled in 2019 and although it's not officially discontinued it's now one of the hardest Hibiki whiskies to find, which is a shame as it's one of the best Japanese blended whiskies we've ever tasted.
Hibiki is a prestige Japanese blended whisky from the country's largest producer, Suntory, and is comprised of malt whisky from the Yamazaki and Hakushu malt whisky distilleries with grain from the company's Chita distillery.
Please note that there is some damage to this 21-year-old Hibiki's box.

Complex with subtle dried citrus, raisins as I would usually like in a sherry cask but something (the smoke, grape skins ? from the sherry cask?) unwelcome reminds me of grappa.
