Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Distillery Bottling 70cl / 40%
A special edition Glenfarclas 20-year-old Speyside single malt whisky, produced in 1995 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Forties oil field.
Distilled in 1975 and bottled in 1995 after 20 years of maturation, this commemorative Glenfarclas was produced for the Forties oil field, one of the major North Sea oil discoveries developed during the 1970s. The label depicts the field's offshore platforms and is marked with the original Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta and Echo installations.
A fascinating corporate bottling from Glenfarclas, combining a very specific piece of North Sea oil history with mature 1970s-distilled whisky from the independently owned Speyside distillery. Presented with two matching engraved crystal tumblers, this is an unusual and collectable old Glenfarclas – and the whisky itself should be a cracking dram.

Bunnahabhain is my favourite range of unpeated whisky, there are many choices. My initial taste was a little disappointing but the high strength 8 year old whisky gave another choice. I would buy again on reflection.
