This Family Cask Glenfarclas 1972 came from Cask 3548, a 42-year-old sherry butt that yielded a very impressive 625 bottles at a natural cask strength of 45.6%, making it accessible but robust enough to carry the flavours. This should be an absolute stunner.

I bought this as a present then did the tour with my brother at Lindores Abbey distillery in Newburgh Fife.The bottle i bought from Whisky-online was cheaper than at Lindores ,very happy again and a very quick delivery.
