Bottled in July 2021, this long-aged Glenallachie 1989 32-year-old single cask is a highlight of the distillery's Batch 5 UK Single Cask Releases.
It's not just any old single cask, either - this full strength Glenallachie was bottled from a Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheon! Cask 6495 yielded a whopping 676 bottles at an impressive cask strength of 55.8%, and with stats like that it's not going to hang around long, so fastest fingers first!

Colour: Intensely Rich Mahogany.
Nose: Intense notes of mocha and treacle, followed by heather honey, sultanas and eucalyptus.
Palate: Waves of dark chocolate, dried fruit and figs, followed by nutmeg, pineapple and orange zest.
