A very unusual one here - FEW Spirits have taken a batch of cask strength rye whiskey and brought it down to 46.5% not with water but with Oolong tea! FEW Spirits are known for being pretty wild when it comes to innovation, but they've really raised the bar this time.
The tea in question is cold extracted 8 Immortals Oolong tea from Guandong province in China (hence the dragon label). When added to the whiskey the result is a spicy rye with an unmistakeable earthy, herby underbelly. FEW Immortal Rye is really a must for adventurous rye whiskey fans.
