Edradour's owners at Signatory Vintage know all about proper sherry casks, having bottled a fair few of some of the best sherried whiskies we can remember. It was always their plan to get their spirit into the best sherry casks they could find - and it looks like they've found a proper one here.
Bottled as a 12-year-old at its natural cask strength of 56.5%, this deep mahogany Edradour 2009 Ibisco will fly off the shelves.
