Not to be confused with the standard Craigellachie 23-year-old, this is an old bottling of vintage Craigellachie 1995 23-year-old, a small batch limited edition bottled around 2018 for the distillery's Exceptional Cask Series.
This limited release Craigellachie 1995 23-year-old Exceptional Cask Series is from batch 0995 (another batch 1995 also exists) and was a small batch of just 3198 bottles at 46%. A deliciously creamy dram with pleasing tropical fruit notes and muscovado sugar balanced by spicy oak.
