A triple distilled blended Irish Whiskey produced using the 3 classic Irish approaches to whiskey-making - blending grain, malt and pot still into one single spirit.

Each of these components contributes different flavours to the spirit before it is matured in oak casks for up to seven years.

Produced in Cork. Paddy Whiskey was first produced by the Cork Distilleries Company in 1779.

Tasting Notes

Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Malty, fresh, woody. Hints of spice, honey, vanilla.
Taste: Light and crisp. Hints of nuts, malt, charred wood.
Finish: A gently fading sweetness. A lingering of mild, woody malt.
