A limited edition Macallan Estate Highland single malt Scotch whisky, released in 2019 as a tribute to the historic Easter Elchies estate, the 485-acre Speyside home of The Macallan since 1824. Created by Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess, this special bottling is particularly significant for incorporating a proportion of spirit distilled from barley grown on the Easter Elchies estate itself, reinforcing Macallan's long-standing connection to its own land and provenance.

Matured exclusively in sherry-seasoned oak casks and bottled at 43% ABV without added colouring, Macallan Estate offers a classic expression of the distillery's rich, elegant house style while celebrating the importance of estate-grown barley in its whisky-making tradition. Presented in an impressive gift box featuring a hand-cut slate panel inspired by the estate's distinctive landscape, it was one of Macallan's most distinctive limited editions of the late 2010s.
