A 1978 36 year old Benriach. The age is really starting to kick in with batch 11's only 1978. This is slightly more unusual one in that it was sherry matured and then finished in a bourbon barrel. We're not about to take a guess at what kind of weird and wonderful flavour combinations that will have produced but it looks absolutely mouth watering and if it's anything like the past 1978s it should be a blinder.
