A 1971 Balmenach bottled 1987 by Cadenhead's in their famous Dumpy series at 46%. This is a big, fat, oily and mineral driven old style Speysider with lots of white fruits, wax, buttery cereal notes and camphor and resinous qualities. Hugely pleasurable if you enjoy this old school style of whisky. Big, ballsy stuff.
