A 1993 Balblair bottled in 2014 by Gordon & MacPhail for their CASK range. This one was matured in a single first-fill sherry puncheon and bottled at 53.4%.

As you'd expect from the colour this one is a beautifully earthy, jammy and richly sherried expression of Balblair with the distillery's trademark salty/fruity lick coming in at the end. A great one.
