A fantastic dark rum from Appleton Estate bottled at a minimum of 12 years old. Rare Blend is the new name for the 12-year-old extra that is now no more.

This rum is a blend of pot and column still rums and is a minimum of 12 years old with some of the rums in the blend said to be up to 18 years of age. This is a lovely medium-bodied dark rum that is full of oak, gingerbread, honey and citrus flavours. Appleton Estate was established in 1749 in the heart of the Cockpit Country in Jamaica. The Cockpit Country is a unique and fertile inland area that makes it one of the few rums in the world to claim a Terroir.
