1792 Bottled In Bond is a tribute to the 1897 Bottled in Bond Act that revolutionized the quality of American Whiskey as we know it today. The liquid comes from only barrels filled during the same distilling season and they are bottled at exactly 100 proof (50% abv). This is bold in flavour with notes of charred oak and fresh mint, with hints of caramel and apple

The 1792 Barton Distillery is the oldest operating distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky and is named after the year that Kentucky became a state.
