Breath of the Highlands 2012 is an 8-year-old single malt whisky from an undisclosed Highland distillery, matured in a single sherry cask - Oloroso or Pedro Ximenez by the looks of it - and bottled just before Christmas 2021 at its hefty natural cask strength of 59.4%.
