Independent whisky bottlers Signatory Vintage have a long and illustrious history of bottling superb Islay single malt whiskies. Established in the late 1980s by founder Andrew Symington, the Signatory Vintage company made a name for itself in the 1990s with a succession of legendary Islay single malts distilled at Port Ellen, Laphroaig, Bowmore and Ardbeg, among other Islay distilleries. 

All of Signatory Vintage’s Islay single malt whisky single casks and small batches are bottled without colouring or chill filtration and the majority of the company’s whiskies are released at the easy-drinking strength of 46% or at their natural cask strength. 

In recent times, Signatory have released some great value Islay single malts from Caol Ila, Bunnahabhain and Laphroaig, many bottled for their great value 100-Proof Editions range, along with an extraordinary Bowmore 1972 45-year-old single cask that was released for the company’s 30th Anniversary in 2018.
