A top class rhum agricole from Martinique's Clement, an historic rhum brand and former distillery. The Clement distillery's stills are now located at the nearby Distillerie Du Simon, where they distil the Clement plantation's magnificent Canne Bleu sugarcane variety into Clement Canne Bleu, one of the world's greatest agricole rhums.
Like the other Clement rhums, this 20th Anniversary edition of Clement Canne Bleu is slowly hydrated - coming off the stills at around 74%, the strength is reduced gradually by 5% each time until it reaches the desired 50% strength. This slow hydration gives Clement rhum an unforgettably elegant, creamy texture.
