Description

Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distillery Bottling 70cl / 43%

Created over four decades, this rare and inspired single malt marks a chapter in the history of the Glenrothes that can never be repeated.

This bottling from Glenrothes was distilled in November 1978 in the old still-house and aged in specially selected sherry-seasoned and ex-bourbon casks for 40 years before being bottled in January 2019 at an abv of 43% with a yield of just 594 bottles.

The bottle is presented in an oak box with a detachable plinth, x2 branded leather coasters and a logbook detailing the making of the whisky and a place to record your tasting notes of this exquisite whisky.
