The sherried whisky sample was good but there were no details on it. Only a QR code that didn't scan. Let's have some auld fashioned black and white text.

I wanted to clarify that each sample label includes a product SKU. You can enter this SKU into the search bar on our website to find out more information about the specific whisky you received. I apologise if the QR code did not scan for you, we do meticulously check each batch before they are applied, and we are aware that some customers using Android devices occasionally struggle to scan QR codes, a challenge not specific to our codes but QR codes in general.
We highly value your suggestion for more traditional text on the labels and will certainly take this into consideration for future improvements, especially if we continue to receive similar feedback.
