Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distillery Bottling 70cl / 47.7%
This wonderfully aged Tobermory is a 1973 42-year-old. Matured in what looks to have been very vibrant and active Sherry Butt.
This is a classic example of long-aged whisky matured in sherry casks and in this instance is the oldest and rarest whisky from the Tobermory distillery and will not appear again for quite some time. A real gem of a whisky.
The bottle is presented in a beautifully crafted box with a rotating door. Situated behind the door and the bottle is a small painting of the backdrop of the distillery, painted by the renowned artist Angus Stewart.
