An Inchgower 2007 bottled in 2021 as a 13-year-old by indie stars Adelphi, Cask #800651 was a first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry cask and as we all know Inchgower's structured, muscular spirit generally goes very well with strong sherry, so this should be a star.

Quite a colour for just 13 years old, this looks like it's going to be a flavour bomb and the natural cask strength 58.7% elevates this to sherry monster status. Secure your socks if you don't want them blown off.
