Lovely Aultmore from Infrequent Fliers. If you like sherry cask whisky you should like this. Plenty of dried fruits, cherries to the front and a long finish. Yummy.

Thanks to the fine people at Whisky Online Shop I finally added this to my Concept Collection and must say it arrived in a very secure package in the most perfect conditions.
A lovely whisky from Signatory Vintage’s excellent 100 proof series. I’ve yet to drink a bad one of these. Ever so slightly smoky, just a hint, and very fruity. Plenty of sherry notes too. Superb.
Bought this on spec mainly to qualify for free delivery (!) on another bottle and I’m glad I did! Not as sherry forward as some but a lovey, intriguing nose and a soft ish arrival on the palate. Adding a drop or two of water brings out more of the sherry and releases some fabulous fruity aromas. Nice long finish too. May well not be my last bottle of this! Slainte.

Can’t go past this one an absolute belter
Haven’t open yet as I’ve bought it for my husbands 60th as his father invested in 1995 for this release but sadly died in 2000 before getting to sample it.
