This Signatory Exceptional Cask 16-year-old Glentauchers 2009 came from a small batch of first fill Oloroso sherry butts bottled at the standard 57.1% equivalent to the old 100 Proof in the UK imperial system. Glentauchers usually works very well in sherry casks and is always great value, so this looks like a no-brainer.
