Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled by: The Alistair Walker Whisky Company 70cl / 58.6%
A single cask Glenglassaugh 2014 10-year-old Highland single malt whisky released by indie bottlers Alistair Walker Whisky Co. for their Infrequent Flyers range in 2025. Infrequent Flyers Glenglassaugh 2014 is a cask strength single malt whisky bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
This 10-year-old Glenglassaugh 2014 was finished for nearly six years in a hogshead cask that had previously held legendary French dessert wine Sauternes and was bottled from single cask 2369 with an outturn of 309 bottles at a very chunky natural cask strength of 58.6%. Glenglassaugh is a dry, spicy Highland whisky that should respond very well to Sauternes’ exotic, honeyed fruitiness - this ought to be superb.
