Mannochmore is a modern workhorse distillery, producing 6 million litres of spirit a year, 99.99% of which goes into Diageo's blends, particularly Haig. Thankfully the likes of Signatory occasionally snaffle a few casks so that single malt fans can find out what it actually tastes like.
This Mannochmore is a vatting of a pair of 12-year-old sister cask hogsheads from the 2007 vintage, bottled in 2020 at 43%.

Raisin and chocolate aroma and a taste of sherry with dried fruits and nuts and a little spice. Dry almost savoury despite the fruits with wine gums in the finish. (Taken with a good slug of water).
