The latest addition to the 100-Proof series from independent bottlers Signatory Vintage is this 2015 vintage Ben Nevis Highland single malt Scotch whisky finished in Oloroso Sherry Butts.
This release marks the 8th Ben Nevis bottled for this series and represents the 80th release overall. It has been bottled at 57.1% ABV—the equivalent of 100-Proof in the old UK imperial system—without added colouring or chill filtration.
Ben Nevis is a distillery in high demand, and these flavour-packed, high-strength Signatory editions have been deservedly popular. At 10 years old, this new batch looks to be another excellent addition to the range.

I really shouldn't share how good this whisky is as I don't want it to sell out. One of the few non sherried releases in this series and therefore quite different from most I have tried before. Absolutely delicious whisky.
