A small batch Macallan 1996 Speyside single malt whisky bottled in late 2005 as an 8-year-old or 9-year-old by Gordon & MacPhail for their iconic Speymalt range.
This young Macallan 1996 Speymalt was one of the first from the 1996 vintage bottled by Gordon & MacPhail and is a fresh, easy-drinking young whisky showing a very pleasant but not overpowering sherry influence.

I bought this as a present then did the tour with my brother at Lindores Abbey distillery in Newburgh Fife.The bottle i bought from Whisky-online was cheaper than at Lindores ,very happy again and a very quick delivery.
