Cardhu is an often underrated malt, loved by droves of Spaniards, it almost all goes over to the European markets these days.
It's a shame because its naturally gentle mix of honey, smoke, herbs, subtle white fruits and nutty, malty notes make for a very pleasing dram indeed.
