Description

Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: The Syndicate's 70cl / 48.1%

This 20-year-old Lagavulin was distilled in 1990 and bottled at 48.1% in 2010. Independent Lagavulins at this kind of age are incredibly rare, so we were delighted to get our hands on this bottle.

This Lagavulin 1990 is from another batch of privately owned Lagavulin casks bottled for the mysterious-sounding 'The Syndicate' who have famously bottled a string of absolutely stellar 1979 vintage Lagavulins. These bottlings are fascinating and very rare, not to mention utterly beautiful from a drinking perspective.
