An old iteration of Glenlivet 12-year-old, most likely bottled in the Noughties. These date from before the 2010 packaging revamp.
The Glenlivet distillery was really benefitting from their upgraded wood policy when these versions were bottled, so they were fantastic value for money, with clean, approachable biscuity malt and honeysuckle flavours and an impressive complexity on a medium-bodied palate.
