Description

Cherry Gin 26 Fl Ozs / 47 Proof

A wonderful old bottle of Hawker's Cherry Gin - we estimate that this bottle is from the 1950s, and it's in superb condition for its age. Hawker's Cherry Gin is bottled at 47 imperial proof, equivalent to around 27% alcohol by volume.

James Hawker was a truly historic wine & spirit merchants in Plymouth, and Hawker's was the first company to bottle and sell sloe gin. Hawker's bottled proprietary spirits and liqueurs under their famous Pedlar brand, and by the 1960s had received a Royal Warrant from the Queen. The company was later acquired by Allied Domecq and then Pernod Ricard.

Actual bottle condition may vary.
