Tasting Notes

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: So big, so round, so full, and so sweet as the nose opens, replete with vanilla pods, cinnamon and nutmeg hues, allied to juicy coconut and cereals.

Palate:
As dulcet on the palate as anticipated, but the spices are more pronounced ahead of later vanilla ice cream, fudge, and wafer flavours.

Finish:
The finish continues to show the vanilla but also loads of sugar and that earlier biscuit-style of backdrop.
