Inchmoan is a peated single malt whisky produced at Loch Lomond Distillery in the Highlands. Once a source of curiosity and fascination for many malt whisky fanatics, today Loch Lomond has an enviable reputation among aficionados as an up-and-coming, innovative modern distillery, and the core range introduced by the new owners is increasingly popular. 

Loch Lomond was founded with the idea of mass production and experimentation in mind and produces a variety of spirits by varying distillation techniques and peating levels among many other factors. 

Inchmoan was originally just one of the several different peated spirits made at Loch Lomond, along with the likes of Croftengea and Inchgfad. However, since a streamlining of the distillery's core range in 2020, the Inchmoan brand name is now used for all of Loch Lomond's official bottlings of smoky single malt whiskies.
