An old bottle of Glenmorangie  12-year-old Millennium Malt Highland single malt whisky released by the distillery a quarter of a century ago (yikes) to celebrate the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the new millennium.

Glenmorangie Millennium Malt 12-year-old would have been distilled in the late 1980s and matured in 100% first fill ex-bourbon casks before being bottled in the very late 1990s for the turn of the millennium festivities. As you'd expect from this sort of special edition, Glenmorangie 12-year-old Millennium Malt is a big, spicy and rich Glenmorangie with notes of vanilla, creme brulee, ginger and cloves.
