A single cask bottling from the lost Dallas Dhu Distillery, distilled in September 1977 and bottled by Cadenhead's in April 1996 as part of their highly regarded Authentic Collection series. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 58.5% ABV, this release captures the character of a distillery that had already ceased production by the time this whisky reached the market.

Dallas Dhu was one of Speyside's smaller and less celebrated distilleries during its working life, but the closure of the distillery in 1983 transformed surviving stocks into increasingly sought-after collector's items. Independent bottlers such as Cadenhead's played a crucial role in preserving the distillery's legacy, releasing a series of distinctive single casks that showcased Dallas Dhu's elegant, old-fashioned Highland style.

Presented in Cadenhead's classic green glass and bottled without chill filtration or added colour, this 18-year-old offers a rare opportunity to experience a whisky from one of Scotland's long-silent distilleries.
