Description

Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Gordon & MacPhail 70cl / 43%

A Macallan 1973 Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2015 by independent bottlers Gordon & MacPhail for their amazing Speymalt series after over 40 years of quiet maturation in their Elgin warehouses. This was the final Speymalt bottling of Macallan 1973.

Bottled at an easy-drinking 43%, this 40-something-year-old 1973 Macallan Speymalt looks beautifully dark and is an absolute steal considering the prices of similarly aged official releases. These old sherry cask Macallan Speymalts from the 1970s vintages are always incredible whiskies.
