This 30-year-old Strathclyde 1994 came from a refill sherry butt that yielded a generous 582 bottles at a tantalising 43.2%. Naturally low cask strength is usually a great sign for single cask whiskies of this age, with the low strength making the whisky very approachable and the lack of dilution giving the maximum intensity of flavour.
