This Infrequent Flyers LInkwood 1992 30-year-old ended its days in cask 564, a Chinquapin oak barrel that will have added plenty of vanilla, cinnamon and other bakery spices and yielded 219 bottles at a great drinking strength of 46.8%.

Colour: Burnished copper.
Nose: Almonds, toasted oak and vanilla cheesecake. Danish pastries and tree sap.
Palate: Lots going on here. Aniseed balls, Braeburn apples and crushed digestive biscuits. Tropical notes - vanilla, coconut and Demerara syrup. A hint of rum and raisin fudge. Woody, with well-defined sweet spicy notes.
