This Infrequent Flyers Glen Moray 2011 11-year-old was finished in a single hogshead cask 2352 that previously held Pedro Ximenez sherry, adding rich dark chocolate and sweet fruit flavours to Glen Moray's top class spirit, and yielding a generous 315 bottles at a vey potent 59.6%.

Colour: Bright tawny.
Nose: Marzipan, vanilla pods, brown sugar and dark treacle.
Palate: Really rich, viscous, sweet and spicy. Pronounced dessert style - crème brûlée, figs and sultanas, with some high cocoa % dark chocolate and clootie dumplings.
